The Energy Leadership Development System was developed by iPEC Coaching to help individuals and organizations shift pressure and negativity into positive, productive energy. You begin by taking the Energy Leadership Assessment to identify your default and secondary levels of energy. Afterward, you and your coach develop a plan to raise your energy level and maximize your leadership skills.
